I've just visited the store to purchase an air rifle, I was served by Steve who was extremely helpful & knowledgeable and spent over 1.5hrs to make sure I choose the right rifle & accessories for want i needed it for.
I inquired the day before via email to see if the store was wheelchair accessible & was pleasantly surprised how quickly they replied to confirm it was.
I was very impressed with the amount of stock & varied items they sold.
I will be probably be returning quiet frequently to get more goodies.

Been using Crawley surplus stores since I was about 19 for 20 years the service has always been nothing short of 10/10. Dan and the guys in the shop are genuine, helpful, full of knowledge and just really nice guys. Always happy help no pushy sales here and will do everything to make sure you leave with a smile. On that note you will always have a smile with the sheer amount of man toys they have available. I don’t do reviews but after the service again today and over the weekend I thought I would. Thank you guys for all your help again I can’t wait to get some pellets down this barrel.

DISAPPOINTED... NO. after a lengthy drive to reach the store both guns I wanted to look at with a view to buy were out of stock, my fault really I should have checked but Sacha who served me was outstanding, taking time to see what he could do, Dan the owner had a immaculate s/he AA S510 superlight, scoped, bag etc... Yep thats a bit of me, what a bargain. So was I disappointed, no way, I see as right place right time. This was well worth the time and travel to get to, it's is the best gun shop I have ever been in, loads to offer, everything for shooting, outdoors etc.... But what tops it off is the customer service, it is totally different, friendly not hurried, it's just outstanding, I'd like to thank Dan the owner and especially Sacha for there patience and advice, for making me feel comfortable and special, great work guys, thank you.

Absolutely fantastic shop. Great customer service. Each member of staff is knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Your not sold something and then shown the door. Happy to explain any questions you may have. Danny, the owner is lovely. Very helpful. The store has a great selection of Airsoft, air rifles, pistols, outdoor clothing. Anything you may need on the field for a good day's play or a hunt.

I can't recommend this store enough. I promise, if your in the market for new Airsoft or air rifle gear. You won't be disappointed.

I had never heard of the shop before but they had the product I was looking for.
I phoned the shop to confirm it was in stock and a very pleasant gentleman went to check he confirmed it was in stock, so proceeded to order.
Concerned that my papal payment had not been taken I phoned later in the day again a very professional gentleman explained they did not take the payment until dispatched.
Next day the item was dispatched with parcel force and all payment was taken and I received a email to say it’s on the way.
I received my package the following day.
My whole experience of the shop was excellent. The staff professional and polite and very helpful.
Having never heard of or used the shop before I will be adding them to my list of shops that I use.
To sum it up throughly impressed.

Epic store , has to be seen to be believed. Staff are pretty friendly and educational. They have a huge range of pellet guns.. an even more huge range of airsoft and realistic weaponry. They also carry some crossbows. Amazing shop and I will definitely be becoming a regular here once I have my skirmishing experience in order.
Honestly one of the best airsoft shops i ever been to in my life
