Very professional and friendly service. Leanne put me at ease & explained the pre-optician tests & the eye health screening.
Miryam the optician was brilliant she explained everything clearly, was friendly & very professional. I've seen lots of opticians & she is one of the best I've seen.
The shop staff Jenny & Fiona were also very friendly creating a lovely atmosphere in the shop.

I was very impressed with everyone at the Shrewsbury store. The eye test was in depth and the time was taken to understand my needs. I was allowed the time to peruse the frames without being pushed and was given advise about which frames styles fitted my face best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boots Shrewsbury. Great team and even better service.

Leanne the manager was amazing and so kind. I had an embracing problem, which she helped me with. She was so kind to me I felt so much better because of her kindness. Jenny was super helpful and she has great taste in the glasses she helped me pick. I can get a free test from my work through specsavers but I prefer Boots they explain the tests and everything the do. When I went to collect my glasses I had to thank the manager again for her kindness. To many people complain and not many give praise. I really hope this feedback gets back to the store. Thank you all for a fantastic service.
