Absolutely amazing and kind staff, they made a post on Facebook advertising that they were handed a wallet when i unfortunately found out the hard way i had a hole in my pocket and lost it. I went in just today and got it back. Thank you so much once again and please enjoy the gifts

They are the worst and also racists. I went with my Dell XPS 15 9500 with i9 core 10th generation to sell it and I already got an online offer for £400 but I couldn't trust the company; so I thought of trying this shop because of the reviews. When I told them, I want to sell the laptop, they refused because it was dirty and they told me it has scratches on it then they cleaned it and found they were wrong after I insisted it was just dirt. After that I told them that the laptop has 32GB of ram with 2 TB storage.After that they asked me how much I want to sell it for and I said £400 then they kept me standing while helping other customers who came after me. Then they told me that £400 is too much for my laptop because the Wifi wasn't working. Then they refused to take it because they have to reset the laptop. Now I sold the laptop online with more than the £400 without giving me all these lies about my laptop.

I went here just a few hours ago from when this review is posted and brought myself a Call of Duty rc-xd which is something I honestly didn't think I would see in person and it was surprisingly cheap only 60 quid and the customer service with the staff was brilliant felt like talking to actual human beings especially the young guy there don't know his name but he was brilliant whoever he was certainly will come here again whenever I can to have a another look around

I also came here a few years ago actually and the people there at that time were constantly bantering away which was nice nice to see a business where people actually feel human definitely recommend 10 out of 10
