These days there are other companies, such as Money Wise, who can offer slightly better rates, but for me the most important criteria is having confidence in how efficient and effective my dealings are managed.

In this respect the personal help and attention I continue to receive from my broker, Alex Plester, is second to none. Whatever the issue he is able to sort it, give me good advice and respond in a timely manner. This kind of service is worth nurturing for any modern company
