they suck at their jobs lol, tried to put the ps5 disk in upside down then continued to tell me they couldn't buy it off me, took it to cash monkey just down the road they sorted me out within half an hour with a much better price, go to cash monkey not these idiots 🙂

Popped in to the Bulwell shop to ask if they knew where I could get a bracelet repaired.

The very helpful Ceejay asked to look at the bracelet and said she could easily repair it. It was simply a case of the T bar ring being re-fastened.

Ceejay took my bracelet and fixed it without charge.

I am writing this review to thank this amazing and helpful member of your staff. She went above and beyond customer service.

Very happy with the service today. I had some items to sell that weren't being used. Marcus was really helpful and we managed to agree a deal which was great for both parties. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Been to cash shop bulwell several times. Really friendly and helpful staff. Elena,Marcus,cj and the rest of the team. Fast and prompt service nothing is too much of a trouble for these guys. Highly recommend

Went in yesterday was dealt with by Shanna was very welcoming and a beautiful smile left a happy customer but have also had previously been served by Marcus, ceejay, elena, and Chelsea and each and every time I leave happy and always feel like I’ve been given the best amount for my item when selling or pawning or when purchasing always feel as though I’ve got the best deal I could there’s other shops close by that do the same as the cash shop but I genuinely don’t use them as I just don’t feel they offer the same high standard of service would recommend to anyone who needs a service they do

AVOID AT ALL COST, ZERO STARS.

I had the unfortunate situation of having to visit here on Xmas eve to cash a £1500 cheque from a well known insurance group.

First of all the woman with the thick accent tried to humiliate and lie to me that the company was not trading on companies house. I rang the company and told them what the inept staff had told me and they then gave me their trading number as authenticity.

So, I went back and queued for another 30mins to be told by the larger woman that she’d need to contact her boss and the insurance company accounts department to clarify. She then went around the corner of the shop where she thought I couldn’t see her and then preceded to periodically filled her face with some cold chicken nuggets I could see on a table while she was on the phone to her boyfriend. After a few minutes she returned with her phone still open showing her call log! No insurance company numbers or name with (Boss) next to it!

She then preceded to lie to my face and deliberated that she could “Only lend £200 of the £1500 and then you would after to come back in the new year to collect the rest.” Thankfully I didn’t actually need the money. But, I imagine if I did for gift for example I wouldn’t have been very happy with this outcome.

It was an interesting insight as to how a dodgy business operates. I just hope that you never need to use this place.
