Ordered first time yesterday around 10am for Qatari Riyals. Called on the phone too because I was nervous of how legit it was. Got my order in the mail today 10 mins before 10am. Unbelievable how efficient and smooth the service was and at a great rate!! Will definitely be ordering again for future vacations! Thank you!!!

Excellent Service. Not used anything like this before - doing currency exchange by post - however this was very good. Called them to check in with what the process was and how secure it is, was comfortably satisfied with their response so went ahead and the service was excellent, quick, efficient and one of the best rates around. Have set up account and will definitely use again.

I just bought some currency through this company and I just want to say that I RECEIVED my money so I’m happy but I would like to share my whole experience with them. It was a bit stressful situation for last few days. I made an order on Wednesday morning( booking the delivery for Friday), I had to sign in into their website to be able to make an order. I didn’t receive any confirmation of my order whatsoever. After few hours of waiting for confirmation I decided to log in into my account again but unfortunately it was impossible at all! I even try “forgotten password “ option- but no mail either. Then I sent Mail to the “enquirers “ team waiting and hoping for an answer but no, still nothing. My last option was to ring them and check if they have my order and was hoping they are not scammers! Over the phone you are being asked to send email to the enquirers team!!! So during the whole process between ordering the money and receiving them I didn’t receive any confirmation and I haven’t been contacted by anyone.I just don’t understand why this company ( while having so many good reviews and being really good with ordering currency) doesn’t bother about customers service? Specifically these days when scammers are everywhere. And we are spending a lot of money trusting them before going on holiday.

Going to a country that I need small denominations for. Chose that option when ordering $1500. Fast delivery. But when it arrived, it was $170 in small, $350 in 50s and the rest in $100 notes.
I should of simply went to a normal currency exchange and asked them to give me smaller notes. Would of been better. Poor show Currency Club

I needed to send Euro's to a Portuguese business for a purchase of stock. TCC had a far better rate than my bank or XE.com who I have previously used. The process was quick and easy.

Order and delivery ok but I requested small denominations as need to separate, ordered $1280 and only $180 came in small, rest was large notes so now got to try and change them elsewhere before I fly, Don't offer small if you can't be arsed to even try. Won't bother using again. 1star was for delivery.

oh dear, it was all going so well. Bought foreign currency- very smooth and efficient. Attempted to sell it back (they call it 'buy back' for some reason) and duly parcelled off my foreign currency including bank account details (slightly nervous about that). Then got cheery emails saying i'd see a confirmation email and the money would appear in my account, probably the same day. That was 3 full working days ago. Am writing this review because (a) there's no response from Currency Club when I queried them (b) they are now sending me cheery emails thanking me for my custom and asking for a review.

Post script: the money has now appeared, so they get a three star review instead of one star. @currency club: you really need to look at your communications if you want to keep your customers calm.
