I arrived at 8:00 a.m. which the bureau De change unfortunately was not open as there opening hours differ from that of the store.
So hi left and came back at the correct time

With two members of staff behind the counter, they still could not be ready for their advertised opening time and after turning their exchange rate monitor on you would receive significantly less from exchanging at the time then if you had exchanged online first.

I cannot comprehend how there can be a 3% difference in exchange rates with the online version and collecting store and just collecting in store.

Please avoid my mistake by pre-ordering your money and having it delivered to you or collecting
