Amazing dealership with excellent customer service. I have used Evans Halshaw for every car I have bought in the past and plan to use them again in the future. Anna was really welcoming and friendly from start to finish.

Update, they have now solved all the issues professionally.
So many issues with my car purchase
-No V5 on collection, I was taking a test drive so they said if I wanted it could I go via the post office to submit a change of ownership form to get a new v5 and buy tax at the same time
-charged £20 fuel, which was never added (I'm sure there's a word for that?)
-told it had two keys which it didn't
-told phone charger worked which it doesn't
-A missing luggage hook was added to the boot by cutting the plastic trim and carpet (i assumed a ford main dealer knows how to remove trim?)
-tyre pressure issue when I first saw the car was never fixed and I am being asked to pay to fix it now
-the car needed a service, the last one was 3 years ago, they did this but didn't change the air and pollen filter and only topped up the oil (basic stuff)
I have a complaint with them but no reply after the time they promised they would.

This is a great dealership and we had a very good experience in buying our new (used) car. Very friendly and down-to-earth sales team. Really helpful every step of the way. Terence was great - with good communication throughout. The team was amazing getting the car ready, buffed out scratches, mending small tear in door trim and car looked like new when we picked it up. Highly recommend for new and used cars.

Went back to Evans halshaw to look at a car after I changed my mind on the last vehicle I was purchasing spoke to Terence who couldn't be more helpful in walking and talking me through the choice of vehicles on site I test drove a lovely Mercedes Benz which after talking and getting a great deal and finance package with the help of Ste and lovely free hot chocolate drinks from Obi whilst completing the deal I left my wife to her own devices and before you know it she's asking Terence over the details on the car so we now have 2 cars 🤔 all thanks to Terence 🥳 and the rest of the team even the man who valeted both vehicles ready for when collected them
All in all pleasure to deal with the company I will see you next time for another 2 car's 😁
