Young lady Olivia was completely unhelpful, rude and almost arrogant when dealing with me.
Why has she got a position dealing with the public when she has zero ability to be even cordial.

I went in yesterday and was served by Leanne and she was very helpful. I have been to other places and have always unfortunately had bad experiences, but I was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I was. Leanne was very friendly and explained everything to me clearly. A lady served me called Nicole and she was SO lovely !! So friendly and positive which made my experience amazing ! It’s the first time I have ever been into the shop, didn’t even know it existed and I’m so glad I’ve found it. Will deffo be back and would recommend to anyone.
