Brilliant service with very helpful staff - Shaz in particular! She’s a star everytime I come in store she’s gives a positive experience. Ive taken Czech Krona and Vietnamese dong (all difficult currency) and she explains everything in detail, helps me adjust to an amount I’m happy with and handles everything smoothly.

Bought Bulgarian levs here. It was a good rate and efficiently handled. I was advised to purchase "buy back" so any notes (but not coins) that were unspent could be returned at the exact same rate as they were bought. I brought back a 50 and a 5 lev note, but they would not accept the 5 lev note, even though it was a note and there is nothing in their conditions saying it was unacceptable. Disappointed.

Needed some smaller notes so let me count order and then exchange for a much improved selection of smaller notes. Used them a couple of times recently and found exchange rate good for order in advance and again excellent service when collecting.

Went in to get some USA Dollars and the gentleman whose name was Tarunt was absolutely lovely. He told me all the information and gave me a mix of different dollars. I’ve been to the post office before and they just give you $50s which isn’t helpful, but he gave me a mix of all of them. Really happy with the service he gave me and will definitely be coming back when I need to.
