I honestly don’t even know how someone like Bhajan Aulak ends up as a course leader at CU Coventry. As an international student, I came here expecting support, guidance, and at the very least, basic respect. Instead, what I got was attitude, arrogance, and zero communication skills.

The way he talks to students — especially international ones — is completely unprofessional. No patience, no empathy, and absolutely no effort to make students feel welcome. It felt like he was annoyed every time someone asked a question or needed help. Isn’t that literally your job?

This university needs to seriously look into how their staff treat students. We’re paying thousands in tuition, and for what? To be ignored, talked down to, and made to feel like a burden? Ridiculous.

Bhajan Aulak is not fit for a leadership role, and if CU Coventry cares at all about their reputation or international students, they should take action.

Not gonna lie , This university is not really good for international students and I recommend not to enroll without discusing with former students. The teacher and management is not really helpful apart from some. Sorry to say 1 star rating for university management.

Please don’t apply for this university. Worst university ever.I applied to this university but they never responded to my application. At last I send them a message asking and they said that they refused my application without any reason. And they didn’t told me that earlier by any email.WORST WORST UNIVERSITY EVER PLEASE SHUT DOWN YOUR UNIVERSITY

Never get worse experience... for couple weeks I was trying to reach them on the phone, staying on the line for hour or more, multiple times and different days, always the same. Calling a revenue is quicker than trying to sort anything out with them. I don't recommend at all!..

They Are not deserve even one. I’m the returning international student, and I suppose to be enrolled last October latest, but I haven’t got enrolled YET. It’s March now. it takes ages for responding on email, they don’t pick up the phone, I’m feeling just no ones care about the student. Worst experience ever. I hate here.
