First time I've used a banking hub and had a great experience. It was more convenient than travelling to my bank. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The new building is amazing. Well done.

I needed to deposit a cheque which I hadn’t done for years and so was a bit unsure of the procedure.
Served by Teresa, who was really great! Very pleasant and professional, and gave me a marvellous overview of the services available from this very nice space. I couldn’t help overhearing how she treated the customer in front of us who seemed as confused and I was, but Teresa put her at ease and the customer left with a big smile on her face.
I would highly recommend the hub, and with a bit of luck, you will get Teresa to look after you!

Amazing service, I wasn't sure if I could deposit a cheque for Santander, they advised they could and had a supply of deposit envelopes. Saved me a trip into Hull.
