One of the prettiest harbours we found, with loads of history. Good parking for smaller vehicles, not motorhomes! Handy for walking to Elephant Rock, or indeed anywhere on this prettiest part of the coastline.

If you’re into rock formations, then come to this harbour. If you love sea birds, then you must visit. There are so many kinds of rocks, including giant flint rocks; some of them having edges so sharp you could almost shave with them. If you keep left and walk further after using the provided climb hole over the farmer’s fence; then you will come across some very unique standalone rocks that you’ll probably not find anywhere else. Must not be missed.

I wanted to catch a look at the Elephant rocks, but there was obviously no legal path to get close. Nevertheless it was worth the visit to find a secret host (black cat) and a magical cave.

Beautiful amazing experience. Wow the coast was stunning. The rock formations unbelievable and the small tidal pool was fascinating to watch. There was plenty of parking. Locals were friendly. Highly recommend

Free parking and bathrooms. We walked from this direction to get to elephant rock and skull rock. No stores, gas stations, or anything like that. I only mention because it can be a little hard to judge scale on the map. It's just a few houses, a cave, a little harbor, and a trail. In the town above there are places to eat but no gas stations.

My aunt has a lifelong wish to see Ireland, and I can only recommend places like Ballintoy Harbour as standouts for nature. The rock formations inspired Game of Thrones producers and visitors alike. This region is the Iron Isles, or as far as I felt, a place you never forget standing in. Could you stay a while; it's magnificent.

A wet start to the day the sun came out. It was very busy here today thankfully we got a parking spot. There a little cafe here that does cold and hot food also toilets here as well. Just sit on a bench and admire the views.

Stopped here for a breath and found a lovely harbour where some scenes from a serial called Game of Thrones was shot. We had lunch at Roarks Kitchen where the lads from the show were caught on camera
