Danielle was brilliant recommending the most perfect hotel for me and my Grandmother. Everything was booked and printed in store for us and we were extremely pleased with the service she provided.
Since we booked this in January we have user Hays Maidstone three times since.

Appalling service. My friend and I booked what we were told was a 5* all inclusive hotel with Hays via Easyjet. Feeling assured that using a Travel Agent we would get the best deal and recommendation.
Oh my goodness! That was not the case at all. We may as well have booked ourselves as that is all the staff did at Hays, look online and book, they obviously do not have any over sight or idea what they are booking.
We had a dreadful holiday in a filthy hotel, that after a miniscule compensation amount, easyjet and Hays have said there is no further compensation.
Please think twice before using this travel agent, stay at home, do your own homework and book your own holiday.
I really wish we had not put our trust in them. I'm thousands of pounds out of pocket.

Great staff -Nikki was our sales person who was just brilliant and found my wife and I a brilliant holiday in Croatia. With-in out budget , and everything thing we were hoping for . Her experience showed in how she searched for our holiday. Overall Hays travel was very friendly and helpful with a very large range of different types of holidays and places ..
And Nikki sorted out everything for us.
And we also got out travel money sorted there . Highly

Very helpful & great service although they were busy. All booked for some late sun going next week. If you're going in can you at least have some idea where you want to go. Someone was asked where do you want to go? Anywhere for some sun (Jan). How about Egypt? Oh no not Egypt🙈

Poor Nicky was on her own today, and she had a large queue waiting to see her, got to say most people were patient, but there were some who were really grumpy, I think she did really well under the circumstances, it didn't help that her internet was playing up, I've just got to say well done lass, she kept her cool and carried on, thank you
