Excellent service as well as help and support which was given to us. Ever so kind and helpful. We had to renewal our passports. Took he's time and patience to help fill in and answer relevant questions. Kush and he's staff made us, as customer's feel very welcome and at ease. Very warming and helpful. I feel scammed.

I am new to the area and country itself. I had no idea about the tariff and services.

I came to the post office to send three A4 sheets to London. I specifically asked for the cheapest way to do so. In less than half a second the employee responds “it’s 7.30, darling”.

Well, I had no time or connection to check if the price was reasonable, and I paid what he said. Only when I got outside I got second thoughts what could “special by one” mean.. now, I know it’s the most expensive option.

That’s a very poor service. Do not use this post office .

Awful customer service & rude staff

Won’t give me my parcel as it has a different surname to my drivers license due to getting married

The addresses match up & I have the email/text message to show it is my delivery with my John Lewis account open which shows my correct name

They just said it’ll be returned with no help whatsoever even though I need the package for my baby asap
