I visited the store today to purchase US Dollars and was served by a young lady called Lauren, she was extremely helpful and friendly. I requested the currency in small notes as I am going on a cruise shortly, she said she would be able to help and promptly provided me 10 5 and 1 dollar notes and nothing was to much trouble for her. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company. Thank you very much for a wonderful customer experience.

Today I went to try to change some money for a family holiday and the level of service was so poor that the whole experience has put me off ever using this branch of the company again. It seemed as though a member of staff named Hamza was deliberately placing obstacles in my way so I could not simply change my money. He clearly had a prejudice against me from his own personal stereotypical views of black people but was trying to pass them off as “ Company Policy” yet when I explained the situation to another member of staff they said that that was definitely not the way things worked . The only saving grace was another member of staff ( who I unfortunately didn’t get her name) but has her hair coloured pink she was fair and honest all the way through and did her best to help smooth the situation. I thank her very much.

Even though I was at the back of a long queue, the lady serving was efficient and my wait wasn't long. The same lady, Abbey handled my transaction perfectly and did so with a smile at what looked like a very busy time.

Having always used Eurochange for my currency, I was absolutely appalled by the way i was treated by your member of the team.
She refused to give me my pre ordered currency as there was a difference in my first name on the booking as per my driving licence (Dave/David)
My driving licence had the same address as per on my booking and I did try to show her my other credit cards etc that had Dave as my name. She was just being difficult. She told me to call customer services and change the name or just pay again for the currency. When I called customer service it was closed and when I told her that she just said yes I know Why give me the number and tell me to call them if she knew she was closed. Her attitude stunk.
