First thing I like to say is that I’m being scammed out of my money. Started out as a question I answered on Facebook and was told I won 2500$. So I get told that in order to get that I had to pay 150$ and that I would receive my winnings that was in February and here we are in September 2024 and I have yet to be be paid out and now I’m out of $12000 plus dollars. I was told 100% money back gaurentee. That’s a false claims my money is being held in blockchain and now I can’t afford anymore of their fees and payments and I’m being told I’ve got to pay another 2300$ and that there is a time frame to get it to them. Well I’m flat broke and have been wanting my money back ever since July of this year. I’m in the states and feel like I’m being extorted in order for me to get my money returned to me. I wish there was someone who could help me get my money returned but no one with this outfit has been any help in getting my money returned I’m just told to pay 2300$ more dollars without being late. I also get told to follow the rules and regulations which I’ve never been told the rules and haven’t received any kind of pdf either so maybe someone with the US government or the UK government can help me out. I never had a contract with them so I don’t understand how they can keep extorting money out of me so I hope that someone with the company can help me with this. I feel like that what I’ve been going through is a well versed scam and I’m continuing to be scammed with no way out. I just want my money that I paid in to this returned. That’s all I want from them is my money I’ve had to pay into this. I should have known better when I was told I had to pay 150$ to receive the the 2500$. I hear all the time not to pay any money to receive any kind of winnings other than the taxes that are applicable. So I’m just as much at fault but not to this extent.

This isn’t some hate comment that people give to companies just because they had one bad customer experience this is real and this is happening to multiple people at-once. Let me start by saying this guys are good to start up with they make it simple to verify your documents(just know they have your identity for life) and help you to start trading immediately. But mind you these guys are a B-book broker meaning “Instead of passing your trade along to the banks, they’ll fill you from their balance sheet. They take the risk with their own company capital. So when you win, they lose.”
No company in their right mind would let you to continue to win off of them... this is what exactly they are untrustworthy. I had an account of 600USD and I started from a 100USD due to that my spread started get much larger and all of a sudden their servers are malfunctioning and when I need a losing trade to close it would be impossible for my stop-loss to work and hence I’ll need to close it myself but they won’t let you do that either... they are regulated by an untrustworthy company and they do very horrible practices. But that’s not all when you buy or sell let say a currency pair and if the currency pair is going down you would see the spread increase and yes there’s a tool for that but they won’t show you... they charge needlessly for each trades even without you knowing... and guess what if you go through their terms and conditions which I did, they claim they are not required to give you back your lost money Incase of any problem so good luck getting your money back if their servers are down... I know this is long very long but you guys should be smart and not help these bad people make more money use only the best brokers and trustworthy ones or infact use a bank what’s the point of risking your hard earned money with a broker that just cannot let you win and then you end up losing your money and then you blame yourself... no that’s not true, use companies that are regulated and trustworthy there’s really no point, imagine a broker that doesn’t charge you any fees think about how they are going to get money then... the only way is to make you lose. So be careful make the right choices and only use your banks or the best broker out there not low class companies that controls your trades from a desk in another country don’t make that mistake.

Worst Forex broker I have ever met!!! Not reliable!!
I have an account there and they are charging me monthly fees for inactivity, I filed several complaints for not allowing my balance to be withdrawn, including with the regulator and until now they have not allowed the withdrawal, in the meantime FXTM is wasting my balance with account inactivity fees. Don't open an account with this brokerage, don't waste time or money!!

Tenho conta lá e estão me cobrando taxas mensais por inatividade, abri diversas reclamações por não deixarem sacar meu saldo, inclusive na reguladora e até agora não permitiram o saque, emquanto isso a FXTM dilapida meu saldo com taxas de inatividade da conta. Não abram conta nesta corretora, não percam tempo e nem dinheiro!!
